Refund Policy

While it is our endeavor to provide our customers healthy and nutritious greens / veggies at all times, but in case you receive a damaged / defective produce we will replace the same the next day in case of product availability OR will refund the money back to you.

Please write to us immediately on hello@mayimgreens.in.  Post receipt of your mail, a thorough investigation is done and if satisfied, we will either replace OR refund the amount post notification via e-mail or message or call.

Note: For payments received via Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking, the refund will be made to the original card and will reflect in to your account within 5 to 10 working days.  For other modes of payment, it would usually take 24 hours.
